The person and position in which almost all the attributions of the board of directors are delegated, subject to approval by a two-thirds majority of its members. This name is sometimes incorrectly used by one or more sole administrators. In large companies, it is sometimes used to cover a level of the hierarchy and then made compatible with the position of “executive president” or “general manager”.
